JULY HEADLINES:
The Sunset Restaurant continues to be an enjoyable place to play music. I'm getting to know lots of the regulars and with the summer coming on I'm meeting plenty of travelers just enjoying the great food and wonderful atmosphere on their way through. I'll be there every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The old keyboard I've been using for places that don't have a piano is starting to develop a few problems so it's time to put it out to pasture and a life as a midi-controller. I acquired a new Yamaha P-90 that I'll be putting through it's paces at the Restaurant in July. I'm currently buried in work for the upcoming Reggae On The River at French's Camp the first weekend of August. This event will consume the lion's share of my productive time for the month of July. For my own sanity, I'll have to squeeze in some work on new projects--but it'll be tough! It's even difficult to find the time to properly update this newsletter! For those of you who have looked forward to seeing me at the Benbow Inn--it looks as if I will be taking the year off from there in order to work on some other projects and perform in some other markets. I will certainly miss spending time in that beautiful place and hope that I see some of you in Trinidad or San Diego. I always like to hear from all of you so feel free to drop me a line.
